Custom Onsite Training Our goal is to engage everyone on your staff and have them feel comfortable using the Raiser’s Edge software. A custom training engagement follows an outline developed specific to your database and the needs of your staff. The training is typically conducted in your office on both a sample database and your own working database. Working with your data allows the instructor and the group to review your code tables and overall database health throughout the training. Working with the sample database allows the reports and queries to run swiftly which won't delay the training session.
Remote Data Entry and Database Administration We can provide remote data entry and acknowledgement of gifts. We can also provide remote database administration all completed from our offices without any interaction from someone at your office. If you are short on staff we can help bridge the gap until full time replacements can be hired.
